I’ve had the pleasure of having DB Domestics come over to diagnose fault on my tumble dryer and then return to fix the diagnosis. Both the engineers and the Services/Repairs Manager Dan were fantastic at communicating what was going on, costs, any other issues that arose during their visits. Dan was so accommodating with requests made from ourselves for additional information and I can’t thank them enough for all their help and assistance given during their visits and calls.

Phoned this company to check prices..spoke to Ben who said he would call back after he found info for me..he did call back..sorted out a date for delivery within 3 day..washing machine turned up today, really good workman..who did a great job.

Ordered a replacement washing machine for a house we rent out. Machine was in stock and was delivered and fitted a couple of days later and the old machine removed. Tenant reports all went very well and is pleased with the new machine.

I've used DB domestics quite a few times over the years, whether it's been for a bit of advice over the phone or most recently the purchase and installation of my new washing machine.
From the initial phone call to the day of my new machine being fitted, the entire process was hassle free and dealt with professionally by thier helpful, polite and knowledgeable staff.
I wouldn't use anyone else if and when i needed anything regarding appliances big or small.

When first visiting the shop I was greeted by a friendly lady who helped my chose the item I wanted. She then arranged for my to be advised when the item came in. The item was delivered on time by two helpful men who also took away the old appliance.

I purchased a new built in fridge/freezer on 15th January 2025. The sales lady was polite and knowledgeable. She arranged the supply and fit for next morning to my surprise which was pleasing.
