Let down by the delivery team who were in a rush to get in and out. Labels torn off inside of cooker doors leaving unsightly marks. Instructions hastily given and not all the rubbish taken away. Maybe because it was a Friday afternoon, who knows, they did have another 5 deliveries to do.

The man that came was very helpful and went over and above his job not only did he repair my washing machine he put my dishwasher and washing machine back under the counter as I was not able to do it myself.

The first tradesperson that came, couldn't complete the work, so made arrangements for an experienced kitchen fitter to carry out the necessary adjustments. Although I had to wait another 4 working days for this to be done the job was finally completed successfully.

I have just had my reconditioned cooker delivered and fitted and I would like to say the guys that did this were very efficient as well as friendly. My whole experience from the moment I walked into the warehouse to my appliance being fitted (and the old one removed) has been brilliant and I would recommend this company to everyone.
