My wife and I visited DB Domestics on 27th December because our oven decided to break down on Christmas Day!
The guy who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Our new oven was delivered and fitted on the Tuesday by an extremely efficient 2 man delivery team. We were both very impressed by the whole experience.

Great service, washing machine broke down Christmas Eve, I ordered a new one same day and it was delivered and installed on New Year’s Eve, given it was holiday time I thought this was excellent service.
DB Domestics operate a very slick service this is the second time I have bought an appliance from them, one man comes in to disconnect whilst the other follows with new appliance, new machine connected up as the old one is wheeled away the whole thing takes less than 30mins, amazing.

Good range of products at competitive prices topped off with first class service. Delivery was within a few days, they called 30 minutes before arrival, removed old machine and installed the new one and took away the packaging. The delivery staff were very helpful.

I am very happy with the service I received from DB Domestics both in the shop and from the guys who came out to fit the items, they went over and above when there was an issue with the new dishwasher and got it sorted out within a few days.

A great selection and range of products as well as good delivery options. I am made up with my purchases but was told the Samsung washing machine came with a 5 year guarantee but when I called up the number provided it didn’t work then when I called about the dishwasher they said only a year. Also water was left in cupboard under sink so all my pods turned to goo which was a shame. Overall good and delivery and fitters were friendly.
