Freezer was faulty on delivery on Friday 18th July. Replacement failed to arrive on Monday 21st as arranged. Tuesday 22nd arrangement was to look at faulty appliance and if unrepairable on sight to replace with new one which would be on van. It wasn't!!! Eventually got replacement on Wednesday pm by which time I had to dispose of £100 worth of food. Have bought many items before with no problems.

I ordered an American Fridge that needed to be taken up 2 flights of stairs. before it was delivered I was asked to send photos to DB Domestics to ensure it could be put in place. The two gentleman that came to deliver and fit the fridge did a great job in difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend DB Domestics.

Our AEG fridge/freezer, just over 3 years old, was becoming very inefficient and running 24/7. DB's Rob diagnosed a restriction, caused by leakage of lubricant into the refrigerant. He advised that a repair would be unwise because some do fail again and he could not guarantee it. It was therefore a write-off and would need complete replacement. His patience in explaining the technical aspect was excellent. (DB did not supply it and there was no pressure to obtain a replacement from them.) A very helpful company and experienced engineer. Highly recommended.

I was rather stressed having my washing machine go down the day before I moved house but after a really chat with the lovely staff on the phone someone came out next day to fix.
Was fixed fast and he explained the problem clearly. All staff I've spoken to have been really kind and helpful.
