I WAS AFTER A NEW GAS COOKER A COLLEAGUE AT DB SOLD ME AN EXPENSIVE BRAND ALTHOUGHT I DID ASK TO LOOK AT ALL RANGE OF COOKERS IN THE SHOWROOM THEY SOLD ME AN EXPENSIVE COOKER AND AS I AM VISUALLY IMPAIRED AND CARRIED A LONG CANE TO HELP ME ABOUT HE STILL TOOK ME TO AN EXPENSIVE COOKER DUE TO COMPLICATIONS IN MY PROPERTY A GAS MAN CAME TO TELL ME MY COOKER WAS UNSAFE AND HAD TO WAIT A WEEK FOR MY NEW COOKER SO HAD TO RELY ON FRIENDS TO TAKE ME OUT FOR HOT MEALS ELECTRICIAN HAD TO COME IN WHICH COST ME MORE MONEY WHICH I HAD TO BORROW THEN WE FOUND OUT ON DELIVERY DAY THAT THE COLLEAGUES THAT BROUGHT NEW COOKER WAS ASTOUNDED ABOUT THE UNSAFE WIRING AND APPARENTLY HAD A GAS LEAK WHICH I DID NOT KNOW WAS THERE AND HAVE ONLY JUST MOVED INTO THIS ACCOMODATION

I’ve lived here in Eastbourne 20 years have always used db domestics for all my white goods, they take the hassle out of fitting and disposing of your old goods,very friendly and helpful always 👍

I needed a new tumble dryer , I phoned up and got to speak to a real person, paid for my dryer over the phone and it was delivered within 4 hours , an excellent service from start to finish, and they even took away my old dryer free of charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This purchase was perfect and faultless from start to finish. We bought a washing machine which they helped us select it in the shop then delivered on time and taken the old machine away with no fuss and even fixed our integrated door to fit with no mess and super fast. the two gentlemen were friendly professional and very helpful. This was our 1st purchase from this store and it won't be our last we have decided. we were told about them by a friend who had the same pleasant experience. thank you DB

Once we agreed to purchase a machine it was delivered within 3 days it arrived when we were told delivery staff second to none.
