I was looking for a Shark hoover that was sold out at all the major retailers. So I carried on looking online, of course you come across websites that seem too good to be true and when you check them out they are scammers. I then found this website and checked it out, I am so impressed. They were selling the hoover at the same price the major retailers were and delivery was free. I ordered it on Wednesday night and it arrived on Friday, quality local retailer also supplying to us northerners! Thank you

Dear DB Domestics,
On Tuesday we called in at your store, to look at freezers and was seen by Darren. The next day I telephoned and was spoken to by a gentleman whose name I didn’t ask, and later by Jodie Atherton who took our order. Today, Friday, we received a phone call from one of the delivery gentlemen advising a time of arrival, and right on time they arrived, installed freezer and left within minutes. Well done to every one of your staff - each one impressed us and made us reassured that we had purchased from the right place - and the service was brilliant too. Many thanks to you all.

DB Domestics were great. Good price and availability. Delivered within 2 days. Considering we are on the 2nd floor without a lift, the installers were great bringing up (and taking away) a large fridge/freezer. They were really considerate and listened to our concerns.

Went into their showroom to look at integrated dishwashers. We already knew which one we wanted and the man in the shop could've been any more helpful.
We bought the appliance on Saturday and it was fitted on the following Tuesday. Excellent service all round. Also the Installation guys done a great job.

Just wanted to send a note of thanks to your washing machine engineer who visited my 83-year-old Mum's flat today to service her machine. She is absolutely delighted with the serviceman who was polite, full of information, helpful and found a solution to the noise on the spin cycle. He was efficient and friendly and got on with the job. I would like to add my thanks too for the pleasant way in which you have all considered my Mum's needs and particularly the friendly lady on the phone who took all the details from me. Ordered an electric focal point fireplace and hearth from them. Good service over the phone, staff were very knowledgeable about the product, checked the stock poistion whilst I was on the phone and from order to delivery was 3 working days.
Delivery driver was also very helpful, as the appliance came on a pallet in multiple boxes and helped me get it off the pallent and into the house in the pouring rain. Overall a great experience with DB. Ring Dimplex direct for guarantee and get 3 years instead of one as DB are agents for Dimplex, another bonus

I was able to say what day I wanted my delivery to be, between 1&5pm so didn’t have to wait in all day. Chaps were pleasant that delivered my goods, but someone had forgotten to put my cooker on the van, so had to wait until Monday for
that delivery, They were not able to install my cooker, because of some wiring problem, which was disappointing, as they say delivery and installation. Overall a good experience, would go back.
