We went to the store in Eastbourne to buy a tumble dryer. They had a fantastic choice, the sales person was very helpful and we bought a machine that was delivered the next morning. I rang the warehouse to find out if I could get a better idea of when it would be delivered, I spoke to a very nice gentleman who rang the driver for me and gave me the information. The delivery was easy and the machine was bought into the house, unpacked and tested to make sure it was working by the delivery man. In a world where good customer service is hard to find, I have to give DB five stars and highly recommend them.

I regularly use them for appliance repairs and replacement required to properties within my job as a Property Manager after using one difficult to work with, they are a pleasure to deal with on a regular occurrence to the point I have used them personally when I needed to replace my fridge freezer. Ordered Polti steamer arrived none functioning have asked several times for a pickup and refund .not replied to any of my 5 emails so far . Also advertised item as being in stock and next day delivery possible neither was true. Now been picked up as requested and refund processed. Thank you
