I ordered a new gas cooker, however it turns out my kitchen doesn't meet new standards in terms of clearances so it couldn't be fitted (not their fault, stupid rules - it's been fine for the last 20 years!). Not a great outcome but they were very good to deal with and gave a full refund without any problem.

Great and prompt service. We needed to change from gas to electric cooker. Staff in the showroom were very knowledgeable and offered invaluable advice. We ordered an electric cooker on Wednesday, and it was delivered the next day! We had to have our gas capped off first and DB were very efficient in scheduling our delivery to limit our time without a cooker. It arrived the next day, but then it became apparent that we needed to upgrade the electric plate on the wall. Again, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that this was done as quickly as possible. Superb service.

This year l have purchased a new washing machine, freezer, microwave and a double oven all inter grated. Also a fridge freezer and a washing machine for my daughter, on each visit to the showroom my experience was very good and also with the different fitting teams, all first class.
