We needed a new washing machine and called into DB Domestics as they are local to us. Sue served us and was very helpful and knowledgeable giving us advice about the different washing machines we were interested in. We soon made a decison and the sale was dealt with efficiently.
The new machine was delivered and installed the following week and our old machine taken away. The staff at DB Domestics are very pleasant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.

Been buying all our electrical items for over 18 years at this lovely friendly place. Brought a new Bosch washing machine,Excellent advice and help choosing, turned up when I wanted , super friendly chaps that delivered and installed to where I wanted ,removed the rubbish and wiped down the area where he plumbed in the machine and did a short test with the machine on , then checked the waste and plumbing with was 100% dry ..What gentleman ! Which you don't get these days

DB domestics have always provided us with good service when we have purchased goods from them.
Recently they provided great service with a repair of our fridge freezer. The Samsung recommended repair guy was no help but once we called in DB domestics the leak has been resolved. Thank you Rob for your help!

Firstly, it was a very quick response (got a slot within 2 days) which was really helpful. The chap turned up on time, was clearly knowledgeable and just got on with the job in hand. Have used them in the past, for purchasing appliances as well as servicing/repairing them..
