I cannot praise this company highly enough! Their customer service is brilliant. They helped us send a couple of heavy hoovers into their shop by taxi for a service and repair, phoned us within the hour for exact instructions regarding one, having already sorted out the first one, and dropped them both off later in the day. They were prompt and so helpful. Real customer service! Thank you DBS.

Very friendly, took time to help, didn't try to push me into buying anything and willing to answer questions about the cooker and fridge/freezer's my husband and I were looking at, the cooker is due to be delivered on Tuesday 13th February and we will be back to look at the fridge/freezer's soon.

My elderly father needed a larder fridge of a certain size and Tom at Eastbourne was so helpful. The one we wanted was unfortunately unavailable so he spent ages looking for a suitable one. Found a great fridge at a great price.

The show room was very helpful and knowledgeable. They offer good value for money and offer free delivery and installation. However, the installation was not good. They just put the fridge freezer in the gap and connected the power. Only after we had loaded the fridge freezer did we realise they had not levelled it so it now tips back and the contents rattle.
