As always DB Domestics go above and beyond when it comes to service, I logged my repair easily on the evening of the 19th and by 9.30am on the 20th my oven was up and running again. This business I've used over the years with purchases and now the repair centre ill be using them for years to come. Can't recommend highly enough.

Explained that the dishwasher started leaking during the ECO programme. Due to the age (8yrs) and not well known brand, I was advised that spares would probably not be available. Plus the cost of a call-out fee could be put towards a new dishwasher/ cost of installation. The person I spoke to was Zoe, who went out of her way to be most helpful and supportive of my situation. I decided, after this to purchase a new dishwasher.

When I telephoned about the problem they were able to come the next day. On arrival the engineer was very cheerful and polite and carried out his inspection of the oven. He found the fault explained it to us and then quoted the price to replace the element. We accepted the price and he was able to replace it straight away. He tidied up before he left. Very competent. So pleased with the excellent service provided from making the call fir help and the job being completed.

Our Dyson hoover had stopped working so took it into DB as we always use them for buying and repairing household items. Dropped the Dyson in at 11.00am for an assessment of the problem, received a phone call around 2.00pm advising me of the work needed and at 4.00pm collected a fully working Dyson. Excellent, friendly service and great value too!

Needed a new dishwasher and searched extensively online. Finally looked locally and DB domestics outdid the big retailers online - cheaper price for the dishwasher and much cheaper for fitting and recycling than anyone else! Quick delivery and fitting - superb service all round, next time i'll just go straight to them!
