Great selection for washing machines. Great contact after ordering online. The lead installer was absolutely first class and was so helpful and friendly. Such a pleasant shopping experience for a fridge, freezer, tumble drier and washing machine. The lady was so knowledgeable about all the products compared to other giant electrical stores whose staff only knew what was on their iPad. Ordering was a simple and quick process too. I bought my new washing machine from here as the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I was pleased that delivery was free too. I opted not to pay extra for installation as I could do this myself. However, was disappointed the delivery people said they wouldn’t unwrap or remove the packaging. As I hadn’t paid for installation. I wasn’t expecting this and it left me struggling to unwrap the machine and with lots of polystyrene and cardboard to dispose of. For this reason I have given 3 stars. I’m happy with my product.
