DB’s engineer Rob texted me to let me know when he would be arriving and was right on time. He quickly assessed what the problem was, explained every step to me during his visit and was finished in about 40 minutes maximum. He cleaned up on complete and left everything neat and tidy. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repairs.

Although the machine was dnd of life the chap couldn’t have been more helpful on choosing another one and the show room of same company was as helpful . Do. An aged to get my 97 year old Dad a machine he will be able to understand all fir a very decent price and with a 3 yr gaurentee

Contacted me quickly and came same day, engineer didn't stay long and had the part with him for the job so was really pleased to have a working oven within half an hour of his arrival. Fair price too! Would definitely use again.

This company is one that I will always go to for domestic repairs. The service was fast and the engineer friendly and very efficient, repairing the tumble dryer quickly and not adding any extras, then giving me advice on keeping the dryer in good working order. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Friendly sales staff, great showroom. We were looking for a very awkward size of built in oven (the one we bought from them 22 years ago had finally given up). Tom helped us choose the right one at a good price and three days later it was delivered and working well. They have a superb range of products, helpful, knowledgeable staff, why would you need to go anywhere else! Thank you all
