DB domestic engineer came to check my tumble dry and possibly make a repair. Offered a repair after making all the checks. Excellent advice and general information helped me to decide that a repair wasn't cost effective. Gave advice on reliability of several brands and their repair costs. So I was able to make a decision on what to replace it with. New machine supplied by DB domestic very promptly. Very happy with the variety and choice and the ability to ask questions if the staff there who were very helpful. Delighted with my overall experience with DB domestic and will buy from them again.

Our double oven recently stopped heating. DB Domestic Appliances were contacted and their specialist was out the next day to repair it. In no time at all it was found that the heating element had gone wrong and was replaced with a new one. 100% happy with his work and the company.

Washing machine was delivered the next day for no extra cost. I requested to be 1st on the list so I could get to work and it was plumbed in by 09:45. Really helpful staff and no issues with delivering to 1st flat. Really recommend.
