DB were great from start to finish. A reconditioned fridge freezer was delivered but unfortunately there was an issue with the motor so a replacement was delivered without delay. We are delighted with the appliance and the delivery guys were really helpful. Thanks DB.

DB domestics is our local white goods firm. They were really helpful in the showroom and recommended an electrician and gas technician when we changed from gas to an electric cooker. Delivery was at a time and on the day that suited us and we are really happy with the service, price and quality of our new AEG induction cooker. We have used them before for a washing machine which they fitted and we would use them again.

The service was excellent. We needed to replace an integrated dishwasher as the old one was set on a plinth by the previous owners & it kept moving to the edge which we felt was unsafe. We were unsure whether the new one could be installed without the plinth. We telephoned D B Domestics who asked us to send photos so they could assess the situation. Within 5 minutes they telephoned us and said they could sort out the problem. The dishwasher was bought on the Monday & fitted on the Wednesday. The installation team
were fantastic and had ‘a can do attitude’. We couldn’t have been happier with the result. Good to use a local firm and the price of the dishwasher was the same as the companies who have nationwide stores. We have also used the firm to repair our range oven & fix a dyson vacuum cleaner and they get 5* for this too.

DB domestics are fantastic, and very competitive prices. I had a new dishwasher installed last week, and the fitters arrived on time, were courteous and did a fantastic job. They encountered several problems and had to do a fair amount of carpentry and extending pipes and problem solving, they did not give up and gave me several options. The installation fee was the same, even though the job was challenging. I now have my fridge where the old dish washer once was, and the dishwasher where the fridge was!! Only problem is I keep trying to put the milk in the dishwasher and the dirty plates in thr fridge!! lol.. DB are truly amazing from sales to fitting..excellent

Our double oven recently stopped heating. DB Domestic Appliances were contacted and their specialist was out the next day to repair it. In no time at all it was found that the heating element had gone wrong and was replaced with a new one. 100% happy with his work and the company.

Washing machine was delivered the next day for no extra cost. I requested to be 1st on the list so I could get to work and it was plumbed in by 09:45. Really helpful staff and no issues with delivering to 1st flat. Really recommend.
