Such a friendly and helpful company - Jodie was superb. Knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and so patient whilst I spent a couple of hours looking at cookers.
Never been to Eastbourne before and she even helped us with where to park for the shops and recommended a pub for lunch and even booked it for us!
Sadly the cooker I really wanted is no longer made and I am yet to make a decision but would not hesitate to recommend this company. The fact they were willing to delivery out of area was so reassuring. Would definitely go back there again. Thank you Jodie. Your customer service was 1st class!!!

Lovely friendly firm. I initially contacted them about repairs to my fridge freezer and they were realistic about the possibility of being able to do this. Whilst Rob was unable to fix it because of the gas used in the model he gave me good advice in what to look for in a comparable replacement - everyone I had dealings with was so helpful that I wanted to buy from them because of the customer service I had. The showroom staff knew their products and the delivery team were very efficient. I would use this firm again and recommend them.

Booking was made on Monday and I was given a time for Wednesday morning which was good. Rob, the engineer turned up about an hour into the 4 hour window so that was good too. He fixed the problem quickly and was very polite and friendly. Very pleased overall.

Everyone I dealt with at this company was lovely - I knew it was an outside chance a repair might be possible and the team were realistic about this when I asked for assistance. In the event Rob the engineer wasn't able to work his magic as the type of gas used made it impossible to fix but he was punctual, professional and very helpful with his information about the workings of the various types of fridge freezers and advice on what to look for. So impressed with the firm's service I have just been to their shop to buy a replacement and again had brilliant service.
