Contacted me quickly and came same day, engineer didn't stay long and had the part with him for the job so was really pleased to have a working oven within half an hour of his arrival. Fair price too! Would definitely use again.

This company is one that I will always go to for domestic repairs. The service was fast and the engineer friendly and very efficient, repairing the tumble dryer quickly and not adding any extras, then giving me advice on keeping the dryer in good working order. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Friendly sales staff, great showroom. We were looking for a very awkward size of built in oven (the one we bought from them 22 years ago had finally given up). Tom helped us choose the right one at a good price and three days later it was delivered and working well. I ordered online & received a call the next morning advising that my new washing machine was on order. When the machine came in I wasn’t ready for delivery as my kitchen wasn’t finished. DB said no problem just call when I’m ready.
