I needed a new fridge and as I had previously had such a good service with DB Domestics in January this year with a washing machine so I went back into the store this weekend - Jo served me and we found the perfect fridge for me - I was able to collect the fridge from their warehouse and take it home the same day. Jo and all the staff were really friendly and helpful and I got a first class product at an excellent price.

Went in to the Show Room about mid day. Very helpful sales assistant informed me that it would be possible for my new appliance to be de that afternoon. 3 hours later it was delivered, and my old one taken away. Very pleased with the standard of service that I received.

Very happy that I went to DB Domestic to order a freezer. It was delivered within a couple of days, installed and all the packaging removed along with my old freezer. Tom at the shop was very helpful and Nyle and Kevin were very careful and pleasant when they delivered.

Really friendly, helped me chose my new washing machine and let me have a play with the settings in the shop, very useful. The delivery men were in and out in 10 mins and did a little demo and they squeezed me in on the day I needed as mine had stopped working.

There was an issue about one item that was missing, and Joe back at the shop helped to ensure sure all worked out well.

Our old appliance was in an awkward position and we couldn't remove it ourselves, but these guys just got it out of there without any fuss and replaced it with the new one. Why go anywhere else?

We were left to look at the ovens in our own time and once we had decided Joe explained the details about the oven and how to use it and also care of the oven. We arranged for delivery 2 days later and it was delivered within the timescale given by Dan & Joe who were very helpful and also good fun!! They took out the old oven and installed the new one without any problems and took care to explain how to use it for the first time. They were both very courteous. We will have no hesitation recommending DB Domestics to family and friends.
