I always get a very good service from DB Domestics. Very accommodating with delivering the goods too. They've always done their utmost to revolve around me and what works best. When my freezer broke and I needed another one asap, they very helpfully delivered it for me the day I ordered it.
I've bought a fridge, freezer, oven, hob and cooker hood from them now and would go back again. Nice to support local.
A quick shout out to Tom Baxter too, who was extremely helpful by email and on the phone. Not salesman pushy (which is a turn-off), just very helpful when required, and I really appreciated that.

From our initial phone call and following visit to your store and up to the final installation of our washing machine we were impressed by the helpful and friendly advice given. Subsequently the two young men that delivered and fitted the washing machine were very professional, polite, tidy and efficient.

Excellent service in the shop, suggestions for alternative products made but not made to feel like I had to upgrade to a more expensive product. Able to deliver and fit within 4 days and after being told delivery would be between 1 and 5pm I explained I couldn't be home from work til 3 celery was arranged for after 3. Can't fault them. Fitters also friendly and quick workers.

New Gas Cooker. Excellent service from start to finish. Joe was very helpful when we made our initial enquiry in store. We eventually ordered online which was all very straightforward followed up by great customer service to arrange delivery and fitting. It’s refreshing to find a supplier where fitting delivery and disposal is all included in the price. The delivery and fitting was all very professionally completed (sorry I didn’t get their names).
