Over the years we've bought all our appliances from dB domestics. They've always been very good on selection and price. We had a freezer pack up db domestic bought a new one out that day and saved all our frozen food. We have just bought a new range cooker from dB to replace our twenty year old range cooker which we also bought from db

I had problems ordering online because of a recent change of address. I telephoned the branch in Eastbourne and everything was arranged without difficulty. The items were delivered at the appointed time and installed. Everything ran smoothly and I found everyone to be friendly and helpful. I would definitely use DB Domestics again.

Truly outstanding service,arranged and paid for over the phone,arrived exactly when they said,removed the old one,allowed us to clean where we could not get,installed the new one,made sure everything was OK.The installers were excellent ,polite,friendly and most of all very professional in the manner they worked.They were exceptional and DB Domestics must be very proud of their service to the local area ,we are very very lucky to have them.

So helpful to provide me with a replacement induction hob and built under cooker. Tom was informative and went out of his way to reorganise delivery and connection after an electrician had to be called to partially rewire a point. He knew my cooking facilities were limited and did all he could to resolve the situation. Fantastic service, thank you.

Visited you guys yesterday for a new dishwasher & chest freezer after being let down by a well know retail chain. Our experience with DB Domestics was a brilliant one. Our original Bosch fridge/Freezer (15-20 years old) broke down last week. This was unexpected and so we had an urgent need to get a replacement, as the freezer had been restocked. We entered the store which we had not been to before. We were treated like old respected customers and were shown the range of new fridge/freezers in stock. Due to our needs of size of machine to fit the space in the kitchen, the range was reduced. However Jo, found us a machine that was the correct size and could be delivered the next day. As this was out of the delivery region but they were willing to deliver was a god send. The 2 guys delivering were also and were knowledgeable and very good at installing the fridge/freezer. I would quite happily recommended this company for the products it sells and the service they give.
