Chosen machine in stock so delivery in two days when splendid staff came on time and went within 30 minutes, cleanly removing old machine, fitting the new and explaining how it worked and answering questions. Thanks for helping us out on Xmas Eve after our oven broke. We had a very small space (55cm) so not a lot of options but did come away with the only oven that was suitable. Xmas was saved and customer service was fab!

We found the service excellent. Purchased dishwasher over the phone after considerable research then further advice from DB staff.
The fitters installed an integrated appliance very rapidly but precisely with no fuss then took away the old dishwasher.
The first time we have dealt with the company & found absolutely no problem. Would say that the fitting enhances their reputation.
I would have no hesitation in dealing with them again.
