Upon arrival, we were greeted straight away and directed to the cookers. We then looked around and after a short time, a consultant approached us and asked if we needed any help. He answered all the questions we had and had a full knowledge of all the products. He was polite and informative, without pressuring us into a sale. Delivery was the next day and our cooker was efficiently placed into the kitchen and the two delivery men were very helpful. Whilst the Bosch was slightly more expensive from your store, the service and fast delivery far outweighed going elsewhere.

I always get a very good service from DB Domestics. Very accommodating with delivering the goods too. They've always done their utmost to revolve around me and what works best. When my freezer broke and I needed another one asap, they very helpfully delivered it for me the day I ordered it.
I've bought a fridge, freezer, oven, hob and cooker hood from them now and would go back again. Nice to support local.
A quick shout out to Tom Baxter too, who was extremely helpful by email and on the phone. Not salesman pushy (which is a turn-off), just very helpful when required, and I really appreciated that.

From our initial phone call and following visit to your store and up to the final installation of our washing machine we were impressed by the helpful and friendly advice given.
