Disappointed with the installation and the condition of the appliance I must take issue with your claim that all problems were resolved the following day after installation.The cooker was delivered on Monday, 20th April. The cooker should be held in the oven housing by two screws but, because of the damage caused by the Installers, it was not fixed to the housing in any way. I contacted Darren regarding the installation and the damage to the glass door and the grill pan. The grill pan was replaced by Bosch but no action was taken regarding the installation of the cooker or replacing the damaged glass. I rang Bosch Parts on 27th April and they said they could supply replacement bushes for £6.68 for me to fit. The glass price they could not give me immediately. I phoned Darren, who said he would take the bushes off a Bosch oven in the showroom and post them to me, which he did. I spoke to Joe another day and he said he would take the glass off a cooker in the showroom which he delivered to me some days later. I feel my original review was very fair in the circumstances, but perhaps two stars would have been more appropriate.

I called their showroom to purchase and arrange an install of a new washing machine. They showed up two days later and efficiently installed my new unit and took away the old one.

Great service from DB as always. My fridge freezer stopped working suddenly and despite all the difficulties of working around Covid and the huge demand for new fridges and freezers. They delivered a new fridge freezer with 48 hours. The delivery guys as always went that extra mile to make sure they got to me despite being very busy.

Excellent! Our freezer broke down a few weeks into lockdown - aargh! What a time to lose it... and I'd heard that the big national companies have very limited supplies nationally, and not able to deliver at all locally. We've always preferred to 'shop local' anyway, and I'm so glad that i already knew and trusted DB Domestics, having first used the company 32 years ago when i moved to Eastbourne! So - I called on Friday and they had the exact freezer i wanted and were able to deliver on the Monday. All the correct social distancing and hygiene precautions were observed - we were really pleased and SO relieved. Thanks, DB Domestics!
