Good contact by phone to agree the delivery arrangements in advance and the only problem being that they couldn’t narrow down the time slot which would of been more helpful.
Good and friendly delivery crew, adhered to COVID-19 distancing rules especially as I was was self isolating. Stuck to a pre agreed plan snd got no closer than 20ft apart and didn’t touch anything within the house, very slick operation.

Washing machine broke down on Friday. New machine delivered, plumbed in and old machine taken away by 9.30am Monday morning. Fast, efficient, friendly service. Highly recommended.

I ordered a larder freezer from DB Domestics online for my Aunt who lives in Eastbourne ( I live in Dublin). They sent me an email saying I had not left a contact number. I called them and the guy I spoke to was very helpful and assured me, that it would be delivered on the day specified. Considering I ordered on Friday and was told it would be delivered on Monday, I was not convinced. Told the guy in passing she really needs this ASAP, they arrived Sunday morning. Now that’s service. Will definitely be using this company again.

Looked on DB website to find out what was available (looking for large larder fridge) for next day delivery as ours had conked out! Rang to check that what I had read was right, and it was, although initially given a 4 day delivery date they very obligingly said they would deliver next day. Arrived on time and old appliance taken away for a small charge. Sent someone round next day when we had a slight problem with setting the fridge up! Excellent service!
