I felt I had to email about the fantastic service I received from DB Domestics. My oven gave up on 5/4/20. I called DB Domestics as QDA would only deliver not install. I called on 6/4/20 and a replacement was delivered on 10/4/20.
Joe in showroom was fantastic and talked me through the models I had identified from website and suggested some others for me to look at. A replacement was chosen and the purchase swiftly made. Thank you Joe.
The guys who came to fit it were great, new oven installed with no problems. The guys wore masks and gloves. I was very impressed with the service and will certainly use DB Domestics again.

This morning at 6.00am Found that my cooker was not working.Called British Gas but not their problem (nice man) 8.30am called D.B.Domstics and bought a new cooker from Joe who was really helpful, polite and friendly . He arranged to have my new cooker delivered and installed by afternoon same day. The engineer came to check the gas supply only to find the new cooker would not fit.Along came two charming men to deliver only to have to take back. Joe called me and explained that he would have to order a different model. Terry got the cooker working until new one arrives. I cannot speak too highly of the service I have received. Thank you all.This is why I always use this business. Fantastic service.

DB Domestics responded very quickly to my request to purchase and deliver a new freezer to my 94 year old mother, who is well and still able to live independently at her flat at Southdown Court, Hailsham, East Sussex. All requests and financial transactions were done by 'phone. Four days later (during the start of the government Lock Down advice for Covid19), two DB Domestics delivery men, wearing masks and gloves, delivered and installed the freezer to my mother's kitchen, while mother kept at a distance. Under the circumstances, this was 'over and above' their duties, for which my mother and I were very grateful. Thank you and your team very much. Yours very sincerely, Margaret Crees

The machine was delivered on time by two guys who were quick and efficient. They were friendly and obeyed all the current protocols. If only they had levelled the machine it wouldn't have made such an awful racket on the first spin.

My old washing machine broke down the day after the government lockdown. Fortunately, a friend told me that DB Domestics would be able to install a new one because it is regarded as an essential item. The men installing my new washing machine were quick, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, observed the required social distancing, and came with masks and gloves etc to avoid contamination. The guy at the office was friendly and helpful and I got my new machine within three days. Couldn't fault DB Domestics at all. In these difficult times they really helped. Thank you.
