Our oven was tripping the RCD and despite having no engineers available, Dave was so helpful over the telephone that he helped me identify the fault, had the part ready for collection (social distancing carried out expertly) and not only that, was on hand with several calls whilst I fitted the replacement part.
I would never have attempted this kind of job, and I honestly think they went above and beyond as they could have just said I needed to wait for an engineer. Simialrly the guidance provided was exceptional. Credit to Dave and DB Domestics, would recommend every time!

During all this COVID-19 mayhem my washing machine finally gave up. I rung DB Domestics and arranged to have a new one delivered 2 days later. It was installed by 2 guys who wore masks and gloves. They took away my old machine. I couldn’t have been more happy. I found the whole process from making that initial phone call to my old machine being carried out the door very professional. Everyone was so helpful. Well done DB Domestics, can’t praise you enough.

Excellent service. Our washing machine stopped working on Saturday morning . Phoned show room and new machine delivered and installed on Tuesday. All during the virus problems and with precautions taken.

I felt I had to email about the fantastic service I received from DB Domestics. My oven gave up on 5/4/20. I called DB Domestics as QDA would only deliver not install. I called on 6/4/20 and a replacement was delivered on 10/4/20.
Joe in showroom was fantastic and talked me through the models I had identified from website and suggested some others for me to look at. A replacement was chosen and the purchase swiftly made. Thank you Joe.

This morning at 6.00am Found that my cooker was not working.Called British Gas but not their problem (nice man) 8.30am called D.B.Domstics and bought a new cooker from Joe who was really helpful, polite and friendly . He arranged to have my new cooker delivered and installed by afternoon same day. The engineer came to check the gas supply only to find the new cooker would not fit.Along came two charming men to deliver only to have to take back. Joe called me and explained that he would have to order a different model. Terry got the cooker working until new one arrives. I cannot speak too highly of the service I have received. Thank you all.This is why I always use this business. Fantastic service.

DB Domestics responded very quickly to my request to purchase and deliver a new freezer to my 94 year old mother, who is well and still able to live independently at her flat at Southdown Court, Hailsham, East Sussex. All requests and financial transactions were done by 'phone. Four days later (during the start of the government Lock Down advice for Covid19), two DB Domestics delivery men, wearing masks and gloves, delivered and installed the freezer to my mother's kitchen, while mother kept at a distance. Under the circumstances, this was 'over and above' their duties, for which my mother and I were very grateful. Thank you and your team very much. Yours very sincerely, Margaret Crees
