For us this was an urgent case, and DB Domestics came to the rescue. First, ordering a replacement was smoothly achieved, then the delivery was very prompt, and most efficiently provided by two necessarily masked men. And they took away the former machine without fuss.

Our oven was tripping the RCD and despite having no engineers available, Dave was so helpful over the telephone that he helped me identify the fault, had the part ready for collection (social distancing carried out expertly) and not only that, was on hand with several calls whilst I fitted the replacement part.
I would never have attempted this kind of job, and I honestly think they went above and beyond as they could have just said I needed to wait for an engineer. Simialrly the guidance provided was exceptional. Credit to Dave and DB Domestics, would recommend every time!

During all this COVID-19 mayhem my washing machine finally gave up. I rung DB Domestics and arranged to have a new one delivered 2 days later. It was installed by 2 guys who wore masks and gloves. They took away my old machine. I couldn’t have been more happy. I found the whole process from making that initial phone call to my old machine being carried out the door very professional. Everyone was so helpful. Well done DB Domestics, can’t praise you enough.
