I needed a new fridge-freezer when the CDA packed up in just 3 years (useless warranty). DB agreed to take away the dead equipment even before I had decided to place an order with them. I ordered a new Bosch with the assurance of a full 5-year warranty provided through DB. The new Fridge-Freezer was delivered as scheduled and maneuvered into the kitchen space by two very friendly DB people. They took away the dead CDA. DB will be my first option when looking for new white goods.

Our old washing machine died on us the Thursday morning...ordered a new one Thursday afternoon ..(which was in stock) from them and by mid afternoon Friday it had been delivered,:Installed and they took the old one away with them.
How amazing is that?

Really impressed with this company. Remotely ordered a fridge freezer for my aunt as I live in another part of the country. Not only did they get it out for delivery that same afternoon as it was an emergency, they installed it, removed the old one and disposed of its contents as my aunt's over 90. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and upon ringing this company, it was refreshing to speak to someone who cares.

There was no hard sell and the salesman Rob was very approachable, knowledgeable and left me feeling really confident of my purchase.
When an existing issue within my kitchen caused for installation to be rescheduled by a couple of days the company went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem. The delivery guys Hamid and Alf were pleasant, professional and showed great respect for my home clearing everything up after them and leaving it tidy again. Will definitely use again in future as and when I need any appliances.
