Very friendly service especially when choosing products Large fridge freezer and stove. Easy deliver slot organised, was informed that a 30 minute warning phone call would arrive before delivery arrived so I could empty fridge and freezer, sadly this never happened, so my son had to empty fridge freezer whilst being 'watched' by delivery people. Seemed all very rushed and pressurized- shame really as all other parts of the purchase delivery etc were great.

My existing fridge freezer broke last Thursday (originally purchased from DB Domestics in 2014). Db Domestics immediately found a replacement which was delivered at 2pm the same day! Wonderful service!

My Freezer had broken when i went to it in the morning,i went straight up to DB Domestics picked the one i wanted from the large choice paid for it and was on my way to work within 10 minutes. It was delivered at lunchtime the same day after a call from the delivery driver and put into position and the old one removed . So no fuss at all .
