Just paid the price of the washing machine which included taking away old machine and delivery and installation of new washing machine the next day. Would definitely recommend their services.

He has always used DB in the past and he was pleased that I chose the same local firm that he would have. I showed him various males and models on the website (he doesn’t have any internet access, so it’s always a surprise to him that my phone seems to have everything on it. He chose Bosch as that was the male he’d had previously and was completely reliable, until it finally gave up the ghost.
Having paid over the phone (quick, easy, straightforward) I was told it would be delivered in a couple of days, which it was.
I wasn’t there to see the delivery, but my father sang the praises of the two people who delivered the new one, installed it and took the old one away. He was genuinely amazed at how quick the DB people were and was struck by their professionalism. He remembers the struggle he had installing the last one and so was especially impressed at the way it made it look so easy.
In all, I can’t thank DB Domestics enough. From beginning to end, a perfect service. Thank you.

I had very useful guidance in the showroom from Joe who was helpful but not 'pushy'. Hamid and Alfie who installed my hob were prompt, kept me informed, were efficient, despite unforeseen difficulties and left everything tidy. All in all a 5 star service. I would recommend DB Domestics and use them again.

We had a very positive experience with them when we bought our washing machine last year so went back for a dishwasher last month. The staff are always so helpful but not over-bearing. Very honest and helpful advice, reliable purchase and delivery/fitting etc. Would highly recommend.

In the last couple of months all our old appliances have broken down. So we have bought a fridge freezer, oven and a hob. Their service has been friendly and helpful and the delivery and fitting had been very efficient. They have a good range of products and the sales people are helpful and knowledgeable.

There was no hard sell and the salesman Rob was very approachable, knowledgeable and left me feeling really confident of my purchase.
When an existing issue within my kitchen caused for installation to be rescheduled by a couple of days the company went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem. The delivery guys Hamid and Alf were pleasant, professional and showed great respect for my home clearing everything up after them and leaving it tidy again. Will definitely use again in future as and when I need any appliances.

What impressed me throughout was the manner in which each of the staff worked, whether dealing with me on the telephone or when present in my home. Professional friendliness was the order of the day, along with encouragement. As the chap delivered the vacuum cleaner back to me, in the second of two dealings with the company, he told me not to hesitate to contact them again if in difficulty. I appreciated the approach very much and I cannot speak too highly of the men and women who make up the firm, D B Domestic Appliances Ltd.

Purchased an Samsung American fridge freezer this month, it's fab! Loads of space and delivered and installed in a really professional manner. Only issue is the wrong size wine rack was supplied - this is more Samsung's fault and hopefully DB Domestics will contact and ensure the correct one is sent out to us.
