After some confusion arising from a cancellation email being wrongly sent to me, the fridge arrived on time, in good condition. My thanks to Tom for sorting things out politely and quickly. Good and efficient service from Tom who had knowledge of the cooker we were interested in. We were given the name of a gas engineer who could come to disconnect the old cooker.
Delivery date arranged and all went smoothly.
The premises were well organised and complied with Covid health and safety requirements. We felt safe and comfortable and very pleased with our purchase.

The service I received over the phone and in the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. The appliances were fitted at a convenient time and date to me. Both were difficult to fit due to tight space but fitters did a good job. I will definitely use DB Domestics again in the future.

I was told the washing machine I ordered was not in stock (this was stated on the website but I had missed the information) and would take 4 weeks to deliver (due to Covid) but I was able to swap for a different model, at the same price, with no hassle at all! I booked a time slot for delivery on Saturday morning, Dan and Rob turned up promptly and fitted the new machine and took away the old one, to dispose of. Excellent service, I would highly recommend!

We went into the showroom & Tom was incredibly patient & accommodating, even ordering stock in specially and price matching.

A neighbour advised us of D B Domestics and we were very glad they did. Darren was extremely helpful and showed us a range of appliances to meet our needs. We went back home to do a final check of measurements and then returned the following day and Darren placed our order. Hamid and Alfie delivered, disconnected our old washer dryer, took it away and installed our new one. They checked all working fine and all done by 10.3 am 4 days later. A very friendly, speedy, great value and and efficient service; we will certainly recommend DB Domestics to our friends.

The purchase of a fridge/freezer was efficient and speedy. When it was delivered there was a slight discrepancy in the depth of the fitted kitchen unit and the level of the fridge/freezer doors but the two fitters took great care in making it right. They raised the level of the floor of the cabinet and then returned to the stock room to get a replacement freezer or fridge door which they thought could be faulty in future. I have used D B Domestic's services for years and if possible the service has improved over that time. It is a five star plus every time.
