My existing fridge freezer broke last Thursday (originally purchased from DB Domestics in 2014). Db Domestics immediately found a replacement which was delivered at 2pm the same day! Wonderful service!

My Freezer had broken when i went to it in the morning,i went straight up to DB Domestics picked the one i wanted from the large choice paid for it and was on my way to work within 10 minutes. It was delivered at lunchtime the same day after a call from the delivery driver and put into position and the old one removed . So no fuss at all .

I called on the Bank Holiday Saturday at about 11.30 to get a replacement freezer as mine had broken down over night and was old and unrepareable.
I received immediate help, explanation as to which one to have Beco self de frosting - and this was delivered by 4.30 that day.
