Very happy with prompt order and delivery of Beko washing machine , then disappointment as tap under sink seized up so couldn't be plumbed in ... later that day new valve on and machine plumbed in . All working well excellent machine .

Ordered washing machine (by phone) to be delivered to my daughter. Coldn't have been more helpful - and managed to find me a 2nd hand tumble dryer.

Our existing fitted larder fridge was nearly 12 years old when it suffered a faulty hinge, a repeat of the same fault from some 5 years before. I looked for a suitable replacement on your website, made a couple of phone calls to ask your advice, which answered my questions clearly and placed an order.
The new fridge arrived very promptly, the two men made an excellent job of removing the old fridge and fitting the new one - full marks!

Cannot praise this company enough, they have been extremely helpful & have gone out of their way to assist me with my purchase. I bought a built under oven from them via the Euronics site without realising that the company was nearly 300 miles from me but that wasn’t a problem for them & they arranged delivery from the oven manufacturer direct & also rearranged the delivery for another date when the road I live on was closed off for a gas leak.
