My washing machine was delivered and I was told they couldn't fit it as the plumbing was wrong. They said for me to let them know when it was addressed and they would come back. They came back as promised but they hadn't explained it properly and I needed the plumber to attend again.It cost me £80 for something I didn't need.

Finally got got my fridge freezer, our flat is on the first floor it was delivered with no hassle stress free excellent service.
We had tried two other companies who would not even try to get it up the stairs then DB Domestic was recommended so happy they were.

Brought a Belling Oven online for my Mum and within 2x days it was installed with no issues.
Customer service was excellent, chaps that installed were excellent and price was good to. We are now looking at DB to purchase/install an over for ourselves.
