DB domestics were very efficient in ordering the part and contacting me very quickly with a day they could come and do the repair. The engineer came and fitted the part , tested the machine to ensure it was now working and gave some advice on how to keep the machine healthy. Overall great service

4.6.21. I buy all my electrical items from DB. I love them. They are all always so friendly, one young man even 'lent' me a mask today, as I'd forgotten mine (how could I? after so long???!!!) they are efficient, friendly, speedy with their advise and we all know its a local family business.. What joy that today my washing machine packed up and I have one being delivered next Wednesday, to top that, the boys take my old one away (sorry, it may be girls!! 😋) no brainer.. I went in in the morning ordered a cooker and washing machine and it was installed that afternoon it was the best service ever

Prompt service for both checking my washing machine and supplying a new one.
The delivery men also checked that the new one was needed just in case there was a simple explanation to the leaks. This was a thoughtful and morally brilliant thing to do. I am not sure other companies would look after their customers anywhere near as well as this company looked after me.
