I called on the Bank Holiday Saturday at about 11.30 to get a replacement freezer as mine had broken down over night and was old and unrepareable.
I received immediate help, explanation as to which one to have Beco self de frosting - and this was delivered by 4.30 that day.

This was a puzzler of a job: the dishwasher would go through most of the cycle then decide it would not drain. DB Domestics came, then stayed until they had diagnosed the problem, solved it, and confirmed everything worked perfectly. They did exactly what was needed: we’re very happy. Thanks guys!

DB domestics were very efficient in ordering the part and contacting me very quickly with a day they could come and do the repair. The engineer came and fitted the part , tested the machine to ensure it was now working and gave some advice on how to keep the machine healthy. Overall great service

Always available with most items on website in stock. Maybe slightly more expensive than other mainstream retailers but fast and reliable in terms of fitting and delivery. Unfortunately had nearly all domestic appliances fail in last year and DB been our go to for replacements. Long guarantees/wattanty on many items too. Highly recommended.
