I phoned a few times while trying to sort out what I wanted and they were very helpful and knowledgeable every time. After ordering my item they were able to offer next day delivery which was great! We were looking for a new cooker in a hurry as ours was broken. DB were very helpful and assured us that the cooker chosen would fit the available space. Delivery was the next day. DB provided the complete package without any extra payment. The delivery team were very professional. There was a slight hiccup on delivery but this was sorted out by the manager, speedily and to everyone's satisfaction.

My new washing machine was not working properly and had 4 repairs under guarantee which still hadn't solved the problem yet the manufacturers were still not prepared to replace it. We contacted DB who immediately rang the company and got permission to exchange it - all sorted in one day!

Cooker rings did not work after cooker was fitted we called for a call out guy didnt turn up the day he was supose to come which meant I lost a whole day's money at work.my husband complained so a stoves engineer came out the following week and explained the small pd on the back of the cooker was knocking the elements out every time lid was up or down.suggested the manufacture need a bigger pad on the back.Luckierly the engineer fixed the problem but won't be coming back to DB domestics again we had no heated rings for 2 weeks!
