The engineer arrived promptly and carried out a check on my appliance. Sadly it wasn’t repairable but he broke the news very gently! I am now going to order a new appliance from you. This is because you deliver, set up and take away the old appliance and you are a local company.

The engineer arrived within the allotted time.He was polite and helpful and found the cause of the noise ( Dog Hair !! Kindly donated by my retriever) this was removed swiftly.I have used the drier twice since and no noise - engineer reassured me that if I had any further problems to call straight away.I was very satisfied with all aspects of the visit - Thank You

One of the engineers attended to give a diagnosis. He was very informative and explained exactly what the problem was. He also provided a lot of information relating to the washing machine, which I "inherited" as a result of a property move. Arrived on time, courteous and polite, would definitely use DB Domestics again if required.

Lovely and friendly service. The assistant was knowledgeable about the product and was prepared to hold one in stock for our arrival from romford essex. She was very patient whilst we decided on the product. There was no pressure to buy at any time. Excellent price! And delivered to the car as my husband is disabled. It was definitely worth the journey and I would recommend the company as I was impressed with their stock on display.
