Found just the right refrigerator/freezer in our price range right away. Delivery was quick and they negotiated the stairs well. Minor problem when it wasn't chilling down as it should, and the engineers came out the next day with a spare fridge on their truck in case they couldn't fix the problem. Turned out to be a small nick in the cable, which they patched and repaired - and the fridge has worked fine ever since.
Very pleased that they acted so quickly with a minor problem and did a "belt & brace" with a replacement fridge. Good thinking. And a very pleasant team of people to work with. I do like the fact that this is a local firm and genuinely run by a family

One of the engineers attended to give a diagnosis. He was very informative and explained exactly what the problem was. He also provided a lot of information relating to the washing machine, which I "inherited" as a result of a property move. Arrived on time, courteous and polite, would definitely use DB Domestics again if required.

Overall I was pleased with the service. The gentleman who came out were friendly and explained what the problem was in laments terms. The only thing that delayed the job being done was the wrong part being ordered which meant we had to wait until the correct one was in before completing the job but I was always kept in the loop and whenever I spoke to people on the phone, they were friendly and helpful.

Arrived promptly and surveyed the issue with our dishwasher . Couldn’t fix it and promised to call with prices etc . Called the following day and informed us that the parts were not available and could not repair so looking for a new one now . Will visit website for a quote for new dishwasher

The engineer arrived promptly and carried out a check on my appliance. Sadly it wasn’t repairable but he broke the news very gently! I am now going to order a new appliance from you. This is because you deliver, set up and take away the old appliance and you are a local company.
