DB Domestics could not have been more helpful. I rang first to see if they had the tumble dryer I wanted in stock. No problem there, so we went to pick one up immediately. The assistant was very obliging and put it in the boot of our for us. I had bought from them previously and had lost the receipt for the items and so had not registered for the guarantee. He printed off the receipt from last October for me and I was able to get the guarantee organised. Thank you DB! We will always shop locally with you.

DB always provide an excellent service all under one roof! No extra cost for removal of appliances (except fridges) and they often fit for free unless gas is involved. Never go any where else.

I made a dreadful mistake earlier & wrote a bad review which should have been for another company. I do apologise & I have now deleted it. Here is the truth. I had excellent service when I purchased a fridge/freezer recently, good advise in the showroom, prompt delivery & installation by Hamid & Alfie who did an excellent job, very efficient & helpful, tidied up after themselves & amongst the best trade people I have ever encountered. THANK YOU DB & I AM SO SORRY FOR THE EARLIER MISTAKE.

Good display of available models in the showroom but the one we chose had a long order delay. We hadn't been told this before placing the order so had to opt for the one on the shopfloor. There was no offer of a discount which is standard practicein consideration for it not being direct from the production line and with some in-store wear. Good delivery and installation.

Just moved to the area and have bought a washing machine and dishwasher which we are very satisfied with. Also a great benefit to have the old unit taken away and the new one fitted expertly with friendly staff.
