We needed a replacement double oven we our old one was on its last legs. Staff in DB Domestics were very helpful answering our questions & looking up information where necessary.
We ordered the oven we wanted knowing it would take a few weeks before it came in. They rang us to confirm a delivery day/time & came in the specified time - no waiting around - to fit it.
I'm extremely pleased with mw new oven, and the service given by DB Domestics. Will return there first in future for any new appliance.

I recently ordered an integrated dishwasher which when delivered didnāt fit because of a gas pipe running behind the unit. Hamid, the fitter, immediately called me to explain the issue and discuss my options in detail. He was very helpful, patient and polite, and sent me photos to show me what he meant.
I then dealt with James, over the phone at DB Domestics, and over a number of phone calls he helped me find an integrated dishwasher that he hoped would fit the space as well as a freestanding option in case it didnāt. This entailed measuring machines on the showroom floor while I was on the phone, and he was happy to do it, and looking into extended warranties to match my original choice. He arranged that Hamid bring both machines on a second visit, and that way I would have a dishwasher sorted that visit, one way or another. Thankfully the integrated dishwasher did fit, and again Hamid sent me a photo to show me the result (I wasnāt there for either visit)

Hello, I bought a fridge/freezer to replace the old one that was in my kitchen when I moved into the flat. It was fitted inside a cupboard so I wasn't sure that the new one would fit. Great service on integral fridge freezer. Gave good advice and sought out the best option for us with a very quick turnaround. The fridge freezer was delivered and installed the next day. The installation was a tricky one but the installation team went above and beyond to do a great job.

We cannot fault the service we have received. The showroom salesman was really helpful. We chose our machine and it was delivered within a few days. The guys who installed it were very helpful and pleasant. The machine itself is washing beautifully. All in all a very good experience. Thank you.
