Great and prompt service. We needed to change from gas to electric cooker. Staff in the showroom were very knowledgeable and offered invaluable advice. We ordered an electric cooker on Wednesday, and it was delivered the next day! We had to have our gas capped off first and DB were very efficient in scheduling our delivery to limit our time without a cooker. It arrived the next day, but then it became apparent that we needed to upgrade the electric plate on the wall. Again, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that this was done as quickly as possible. Superb service.

This year l have purchased a new washing machine, freezer, microwave and a double oven all inter grated. Also a fridge freezer and a washing machine for my daughter, on each visit to the showroom my experience was very good and also with the different fitting teams, all first class. Will always recommend DB.

When I called to enquire about a new dishwasher - on a Sunday! - I was impressed with Lee's professionalism and product knowledge but my admiration was taken to a higher level when the DBD team came to install my Bosch dishwasher: both men were prompt, polite, efficient and friendly.

Our old machine broke down. We visited DB on the afternoon and by lunch time the next day they had delivered and fitted a new one and had taken the old one away. Outstanding service.

Freezer was faulty on delivery on Friday 18th July. Replacement failed to arrive on Monday 21st as arranged. Tuesday 22nd arrangement was to look at faulty appliance and if unrepairable on sight to replace with new one which would be on van. It wasn't!!! Eventually got replacement on Wednesday pm by which time I had to dispose of £100 worth of food. Have bought many items before with no problems.
