Recently came to see Calendar girls here. The theatre has recently had some renovations and it does now feel very spacious in the lobby/ bar areas now. The outside are looked as if it had also had some work done to the gardens. It all looked very nice.
Calendar Girls was good, a little slow to start with (grown up daughter nodded off during the first 15 minutes!), but it gained pace and we ended up really enjoying it. Well done Gary Barlow!

Pristine theatre in the centre of Eastbourne. Easy access, plenty of on road free parking in surrounding roads as well. Theatre is clean, with roomy comfortable seating and a pleasant bar to get a drink before the show. Seen lots of shows here over the years and they are highly professional productions. The last one was Calendar Girls a few nights ago..very entertaining. Great venue outside of London with top quality shows.

After nearly 4 years of refurbishment its not got enough toilets and the new seats are very hard on the back also found exit very confusing

Very friendly staff, reasonable drink and programme prices. With very comfy seats and air conditioning that worked! If only ever theatre could be this good.
