The cinema itself is lovely and my boyfriend and I do some here quite a lot, however, every time we have been here, despite how little the queue may be, we are always having to wait unnecessary lengths of time due to the pace of the staff at the counter. All of the staff are very friendly however they do take too long to serve basic needs and we find ourselves frustrated and now have to leave an average of 20 minutes earlier then we normally would because we know there will be a hold up!

I like the ability to book online and then use your phone as a ticket, that's nice and convenient; however, I went to see the Force Awakens (2D) recently and was underwhelmed by the picture and sound quality.

Nothing very special about this cinema.

Very dirty when looking at the outside, maybe there not doing anything about the aesthetics because it'll be moving to town eventually.

Also as they don't really have any competition they don't have to make much of an effort.

Other than that the staff are friendly, and they have all the snacks you could want 👍

Amazing when you have an unlimited card, otherwise it is expensive, great quality seating and lovely staff. Pricey tickets and food.

Nice size, seats aren't great if you are tall but they aren't terrible. Decent enough cinema. If you are taking your own sweets make sure they are in your bag or pocket as they will stop you trying to take them.

Having a couple of meerkat movie vouchers, a group of friends and I went for a trip to Cineworld to watch the latest Paranormal activity. After having to add the vouchers, and a student card, work out the extra for 3d and put a latte on the bill, we spent a little time deliberating how much we each owed at the till. I cannot fault the service and patience that the service assistant had whilst we put him through the test of the discounts and our mathematic abilities! He made our visit a jolly one from the beginning which set us up to enjoy the film. It seems that each member of staff we see there always has a smile and is keen to help us to the correct screen. The actual cinema is clean, tidy and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!! Can't recommend more for our local cinema, keep up the great work guys!!

Went to Cineworld a few weeks ago to watch Spectre. Always a delight to visit Cineworld. Staff are friendly and it's a nice environment. Will be back there within the next week or so to watch Star Wars - can't wait :)

I went to Cineworld for the first time in a long time to watch Spectre. As always I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, the friendly and helpful staff and the variety and freshness of the PicknMix!

Interesting full of information for both adult and children to what's on in the local and surrounding area, great offers and competitions to events that some may not otherwise be able to attend. It is very useful to have both Facebook and Twitter pages to be kept up to date with the latest newsagent deals.

Cineworld offers the best cinematic experience! See the latest blockbusters, 3D films, movies for juniors, plus live events from London theatres, music concerts and ballet companies. Parking is free, a wide choice of drinks and snacks, with good offers, are available. Plus if you're an 'Unlimited' card holder; you can attend secret screenings. What more can you expect for film buffs or all ages

I went to Cineworld with my Daughter to see The Good Dinosuar last Sunday and it wass a great experience for us both. The staff were very helpful and my 7 year old Daughter was thrilled that she was able to order her popcorn and drink at the counter. We look forward to our next trip too.

My wife took our children to see Cinderella on a Saturday morning, it's a fantastic idea to do a reduced rate as the little ones will not sit through a whole film quietly so paying full price would not be worth it! Do well done cineworld!!

I live in Hastings and have been going to this cinema for long time. I use to have a monthly unlimited card about 10 years ago.

I've seen films being shown out of focus, wrong aspect ratio, sound to low and even the wrong film where the projectionist lined up the wrong film (in 35mm days).

They also use to search you for food as you went it I mean looked in your bag and everything

That is now all in the past and they have improved very much. The films are projected well and this really is now a fine cinema so much so we travel from Hastings to this one and we have a local cinema. The ticket booths I believe are now automated so you book online before hand or use the machine at the cinema

I look forward to their new cinema in town and hope they install 4K projectors

We very much enjoyed our visit to see The Martian at the Cineworld Eastbourne. It is always nice and clean and spacious. The film was good and it was easy to get the tickets and buy popcorn! I would recommend this cinema to anyone planning a visit to Eastbourne. Easy to find information about the films online too.

Nice cinema with lots of fast food restaurant around. Nice and friendly staff and not to big that you feel like you are being herded. Lots of free parking and all the latest films.
What more can I say.

It can be a little expensive once you have bought a ticket then a drink and snacks but the cinema is clean and the staff friendly enough. The seats do become uncomfortable after a while though so I try to avoid extra long epics!!!

We took the family. Facilities here are great, plenty of free parking, loads of clean toilets. We found the seating very comfortable, you can sit back and snuggle into your chair. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food and drink is expensive but that's to be expected in a cinema, there is plenty of choice. The atmosphere is great. There are 6 screens. Booster chairs are available for the little ones. We were able to choose our seats before going in, rather than it being a free for all like other cinemas, the assistant just swivelled the screen round and we picked our seats.

The cinema is great, very clean and nice atmosphere! There is free parking and also films can be watched with subtitles/audio descriptions for anyone who needs them. Food is great too just the problem is it's so expensive the price is actually ridiculous

As an Unlimited member I have travelled around various Cineworlds in the South East. This still remains my favourite. Despite being part of a large chain the friendly staff manage to make it seem like a "local cinema". Great range of movies, tasty popcorn, free and ample parking, pretty clean as far as cinema's go.. what's not to like?

Highly recommend Cineworld Eastbourne. The staff are friendly and courteous. I have found them helpful and knowledgeable. Seats are comfortable. They also show commitment to serving those with additional needs. They provide good disabled facilities, plus host monthly autism friendly screenings of recent family films. Outside of the usual blockbusters, they feature a varied selection of live theatre performances, music concerts and sports events. I'm also rather fond of their hot dogs!
