Not been to the cinema for ages and loved the experience. All seems to be digital now as only one staff member in sight. Running between the kiosk, food stall and ushering. Nice environment, clean and friendly staff.

Big cutbacks but higher ticket prices?
Had to buy tickets from food outlet stand which took ages.
Seats quite comfy and spacious but do not warrant the high ticket price.
Good parking and plenty of toilets.

Plenty of places to park but tickets at £11:00 per head are expensive

The seats have very good leg room compared to some other cinemas and are fairly comfortable

This cinema is pretty good but sadly is let down the way it is run. Seats are fine sound and picture are good, not mind blowing but as good as any other cinema with 20 miles. Just a shame staff aren't trained better. Also they have lots of machines to by tickets at but no one helping the less technical minded. Queue times would be much less if they focused on these two areas. I wouldn't avoid it because of the above but I would always buy tickets in advance and not plan on buying any refreshments.

Being my first time at this Cineworld, I went in open-minded and curious as to how this compares to Brighton and Crawley. Here's what I found:<br>Positives:<br>- A Nice sized screen.<br>- Sound and lighting was great.<br>- Facilities were clean and functioning.<br>- An all round nice atmosphere in the foyer and the 'screen room'<br>- Customer service was pretty good.<br><br>Negatives:<br>- The outside of the cinema looks dreadful, the 'Cineworld' signs were broken, the walls were grimy and litter was plastered all over the floor. It was nowhere near as high maintenance as you would expect to see a 'Cineworld', especially after going to the one in Crawley.<br>-The seats were slightly uncomfortable, being foldable seats (possibly of a cheaper make than the Crawley ones) they tended to try and 'fold' and would loudly 'squeak' every time you moved. They were not unbearable however...<br>- Can be a little cramped: being a smaller cinema I found that the foyer became filled up pretty quickly which made it hard to move about, this is not really a huge complaint however as we found we were not waiting there for too long.<br><br>Some other things to mention. This is definitely the smallest Cineworld I've been too, not that that's a bad thing, in fact it proves a cinema does not have to be massive to deliver a decent experience. (its about 1/4 of the size of the Crawley cinema).
