Second time this week I have been here and first time since it was relocated to the Beacon Centre.

Lovely comfortable seats and it’s great how their are tiered so everyone can see. Toilets are clean and there are plenty of them. Hand sanitizer available and staff wearing face masks.

Only negative is the flooring in the foyer. My 2 year old grandson was terrified of it as it reflects and he thought he was going to fall down.

Took my mum to the cinema for the first time in her wheelchair. It took 4 lifts to get to the cinema upper level from the carpark. A big thanks to Nadine for changing our tickets from the front row to the back as this improved our experience. However to access the back seats you go in a lift and along what appears to be a service corridor which is very grey compared to the all singing and dancing foyer. The sound was a little loud but had a great view because of the tiered seating had we been at the front we would have been straining our necks. We were in screen 2 which has 3 wheelchair spaces 2 of which are on the front row. Seats were comfortable as have Headrest and a fixed seat.

Wasn't expecting it to be so nice. Lobby area is really smart, the family of 4 ticket price is very reasonable and the chairs are stepped quite high so unless you sit in front of a giant you will be able see the scene well.

An amazing modern cinema with lovely staff! Only down part is that there is no tango ice blasts machine :/.<br>But however they have a great supply of food and sugar free drinks so I'm happy!
