A lovely cinema! Been here about 5 times the past month recently, I went to see Smile, One Way Ticket To Paradise, Halloween Ends, Lyle, Lyle Crocodile and Prey For The Devil. Seats are so comfortable and spacious. Good selection of popcorn and drinks, very cosy cinema rooms. A cinema is usually a place I go to switch off for a few hours and relax and every time I go in there I absolutely love it. Helpful staff and good facilities. Cannot fault it!

I asked for help when I got there to buy my ticket and as I'm disabled I needed to have somewhere to leave my mobility scooter...I was lucky enough to get an employee by the name of Josh ( I'm sure that was his name )?? ...anyway this young man was so helpful and polite I can't big him up enough....the only downfall was the seats ...they are really narrow and I only just got in them , I had to take my keys and money out my pockets to stop them digging into my legs ... otherwise it was a great experience...thankyou Josh ...now as I said my legs only just squeezed into the seats , I notice other reviews are saying Thier legroom was great !!? Maybe because they were females with slim legs and I am thick legged , so I'll say for larger legged people it may be uncomfortable!!

Cinema is clean and staff are friendly. Took advantage of the £3 tickets for Cinema day but could only get front row seats. When we sat down we realised that front row seats were awful as you had to arch your head right back and look up the entire time to see, as you were so close to the screen. The image was also distorted as you are looking at it from such an angle and it made our eyes go funny. We were told that once the film had started we could move to seats further up but it was fully booked bar a few single seats dotted around and we would still risk someone arriving late and asking us to move back to our own seats. We also didn't want to get in everyone's way but walking around looking for seats.<br>I just don't know what cinemas would put seats that close to the screen when it is virtually impossible to see what is going on across the whole screen and having all the images distorted as we were looking up at it from the bottom.

The new Cineworld is lovely, so much more comfortable and spacious. Fingers crossed, they don't go bankrupt and close down 🤞

Nice clean cinema. Comfy seats. Only negative is for anyone with a slight disability there's no hand rails on the stairs in the screens

Completely over priced, but some films you just have to see on a big screen..

Asked staff for cinema ticket and paid for Where the Crawdads Sing movie and got given a ticket for another film The Bulley Train instead, didn't think to check the ticket before I sat down in the wrong room and realised the error. Had to come back out and wait a further hour for the right film to start.
