Nice location, staff a bit tentative, possible new or not trained very well.<br><br>Biggest criticism would be when serving two main courses, to two people, ensure that they both come out together and there isn't a long wait for the other one whilst the first one is getting cold on the table. The error was rectified, but whoever's in control of the pass in the kitchen should be on top of this!

Lovely food. Amazing views. Ameline and front of house manager creating a lovely atmosphere. Quirky.some cranky customers but staff were always lovely. Will visit again.

It was great to return to Bistrot Pierre. It appeared the portions had been slightly reduced. The service was as usual highly Professional and courteous. We will return.

The food is really nice, really fresh, everything was well seasoned. I was actually expecting the waiting time to be long giving how busy the restaurant was, however, the team here are extremely fast and the chefs know what they are doing, must visit if your in town!<br><br>P.S. Make sure you go down on a hot day and sit facing the sea it's a really beautiful view 😎

Delicious food at a very reasonable cost, beautiful panoramic views from almost any table in the restaurant too. Only slight fault was fairly slow service when it came to paying up.

Meal Sunday 29th May 2022. We were booked in for 7.45pm but with a shorter journey to Eastbourne than anticipated we arrived at 6.30pm and despite being very busy we were allowed in early. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food was good. We had a nice time and a table with a sea view added to the experience.

Great views from the balcony so best on a sunny day. Part of a chain, good value well presented food. Shame they do not seem to offer 500 ml carafes of wine here. The staff were very busy but managed to stay calm and friendly, despite people wanting to change tables because of the sun

what a find. This place is a must to go to. On the sea front easy parking amazing food wonderful wine and the service cannot be faulted ,nothing is too much trouble and staff are cheerful, engaging and speedy. Wine was a total delight ( try there own wine ) and the setting of the tables amazing views. A truly great find and I will be dragging myself and anyone I can find to come along. The restaurant was buzzing great for families, as a couple or even friends getting together. it serves everyone in its own way. A quick coffee a lunch or a full evening meal this place can accommodate everyone. Inside and outside dinning. truly a gem. Highly recommend

Wunderschön direkt am Meer gelegen, wirklich gut zubereitete Speisen zu sehr fairen Preisen, ausgezeichneter Service und alles sehr sauber. Wir haben ohne Reservierung einen wunderschönen Platz mit direktem Meerblick bekommen!

Food was delicious but felt as if the staff were very disorganised and not many off them, so taking orders etc was a pain. I think it's fairly new and finding it's feet though, so wouldn't put me off going again
