Brilliant location, right onthesea frontbythepier andtown centre just 5 mi ute walk away. Lovely and friendly staff. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk in the room.
Would have liked anetcurtaininthemiddlewindow as well as the side widows.

Ok for short stay
The location and view. Staff were friendly and helpfull.
The rooms are very outdated. Needs some tlc and updating. Very worn looking

Staff are great, friendly and helpfull. Bed was clean, room was clean,
But the netcurtains were filthy, could do with a wash, along with the curtains.
And the latch on my bedroom window was broken, so it was either wide open or closed, i did report it to staff.
But they did supply me with a fan in this hot heat.

Excellent ground floor double room as I am partly disabled. Bar that served ice cold drinks on very hot days. Easy access to pier for annual photos hoot of planes....airbourne!
Only one towell! Had to ask for a fan..ok.. tv failed as satellite and cable knocked out....big heat? Annoying. But bearable. Kitchen not functioning so breakfast at another hotel. Bearable

We enjoyed a very good two star establishment and right on the front very good breakfasts and not far from town and buses to Brighton and Bexhill and weatherspoons right by thd stops.

Good to rest one’s head
Location was superb! Best of all worlds, dead near seafront and a short walk into town! First rate bed and staff all helped me through my trip.
Wi-Fi was appalling, and, sorry to say, the place overall was very rundown. IMO, you can get way better accommodation in Eastbourne, for around the same price as I paid. More than plenty of choices to eat!

The location is great - just near the beach and some of the attractions. My twin-bed room was super small, nothing extra. No AC. The price was okey I guess for this room and 1-2 night stay.
