Now recognised as experts in event catering, Essex based Plenty of Thyme was created in late 2016 by Dave Double out of a passion for food and service. Having worked in restaurants, hotels and large scale catering venues since 2000 it was time to setup on his own.

We are BCK YRD and we are Chelmsford’s greatest indoor golf experience. We’re not one to be missed! Our mission is to provide the quirkiest indoor golf experience enhanced by full flavoured drinks, cocktails, and snacks. We have two 10-hole courses—one for beginners and one for more experienced players—and a large bar where you can enjoy great food and drinks while you play.
Visited with my 2 sons. We spent 2 hours here and enjoyed the 2 10 hole courses. They are in small rooms so only works for small groups. Some of them are quite challenging/frustrating.
They set us up with the app so we could record our scores as we went round.
Some of the bits of the courses could do with some minor repairs, green edges need sticking down in places but it was not enough to stop us enjoying it.
