We have been fans of B&O products for years and, many of which we have purchased from Bang and Olufsen of Chelmsford.
The products are outstanding as is the service we have received from B&O of Chelmsford.

I bought some product from Darren over 20 years ago from the Southend Store, service and products was excellent. 16 years ago I purchased 2 TVs and a hi-fi Centre again the service was excellent, the installation was not easy for them as I wes having other work done in the house at that time and it is over 100 years old. But nothing was to much trouble for Darren’s team. I have just had to more TVs installed by Darren and he’s team, and again the service was excellent. Some people would say you should expect that type of customer service when you buy a top end product, but there’re is service and there service and Darren and he’s team go beyond. That are a credit to the Bang & Olufsen brand
