As a first time seller, Brad gave me plenty of advice on how best to sell my home. So much so he and his team managed to sell the property within the first weekend of it being up for sale! From there, Brad kept in constant contact with me along with his colleague Sarah, until the very end when the property exchanged and completed. Tom and Sarah at Balgores we’re fantastic! Tom was great in the initial stages of our offer being accepted and then Sarah took over the sales progression. Sarah helped chase the solicitors where there was lots of back and forth with enquiries and I honestly don’t think we would have achieved the completion date we needed without Sarah’s help! Very happy with the service provided by Balgores Sales team. Sarah at Balgores went above and beyond what she should have done in order to help us complete our sale - we had an absolute nightmare with our solicitors (O'Neill Patient Solicitors) and Sarah helped out by obtaining documents that our solicitors should have been handling but weren't. Cannot thank her enough for her help throughout the entire process. Efficient, kept us in the loop at all times and took part of the stress away which was such a relief. I recently moved into rented property - let through Balgores Chelmsford. The lettings agent - Callum Wright (who deserves a pay rise) - was absolutely fantastic, his communication was spot on and he went above and beyond on a number of occasions - specifically with a number of furniture deliveries that arrived prior to the official handover. This was absolutely invaluable during the moving process from South London to Chelmsford. I've already recommended Balgores (and Callum) to a colleague who is looking to move soon and won't hesitate to provide the same recommendation in future :-)
