I thought i will leave a review for balgoes as they have helped me 2 times and have been outstanding. First time they helped me with buying my 1st house and find the one most suitable to me. Dan helped me with mortgage and he is outstanding. Ricky in sales side and his team is mind blowing. 2nd time selling my house. It was tough but with their support we dis well. I will always use this team. Million thanks.

Despite a long process the staff at Balgores stayed in for the long haul and didn't dismiss me even as my sale hit stumbling blocks. Ricky at Chelmsford and Marie in South Woodham were always available and on my side.

I can’t recommend Balgores Chelmsford more highly. From start to finish the team took amazing care of me and always ready to answer any queries I had no matter how trivial they may have seemed. Allannah was incredible and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. She was always professional yet extremely impressionable and always made me feel less anxious. Towards the end of the process Marie was on the ball 😉 and guided me to the finish line.<br>Thank you all and seriously please continue to provide a unique service that truly is above what I could have expected or had even hoped to receive. In addition, we used Balgores secure which I also highly recommend as it meant we could move in the time scales we needed to.

I recently used Balgores to move to Chelmsford and found the level of service and expertise excellent. The Branch Manage Alannah, was extremely helpful in helping me manage the move, which was seamless and relatively stress free. I also used their mortgage adviser Dan who was very knowledgeable, so from end to end the Balgores experience was professional, transparent and extremely efficient. 5 Stars well earned well done!!

After having the house on the market for 15 months with 2 previous agents I swapped to Balgores, and Ricky Nelson did not disappoint me.<br>He promised he would get it sold and sure enough managed to sell the property within 5 months all contracts exchanged and sorted and for what the property was valued at.<br>Thank you Ricky, Marie, and the team at Balgores for persisting and getting this over the line for me. Balgores were the best part of our moving process. They handled our sale quickly and professionally achieving a good price. They also managed to find us an amazing house to move to handling our tricky sale and purchase very well. I have used Balgores Chelmsford to both sell my property in 2021 and also purchased a property through them recently. Both times have been seamless and their service offered is exemplary. Ricky was diligent in getting the best offer for my flat and also was always available throughout my purchase. He is always approachable and friendly, never putting me under any undue pressure. A particular mention to Marie who puts other estate agents progression teams to shame, she always has time for calls and questions and ensures you’re always up to date. Every estate agent should have a Ricky and Marie!

Had the pleasure of using Balgores services to help me sell my ground floor Maisonette in March of this year.<br>Allannah was very professional and especially positive as to how they would get my property sold and would always update me on how things were going in regards to Buyers and feedback.<br>Also a mention for Marie who would always give me updates right up till the transfer day! Balgores have Managed my property in Chelmsford for over 10 years, Daniel Lawrence recently took over the management of my flat when the existing tenants moved out, within 1 day of my flat being advertised Dan had found me a new tenant and they moved in within 2 weeks. Dan offers A very professional and helpful service, he is also a nice chap to deal with.

I am very happy with the services provided by Balgores when I sold my house recently. I met with Ricky who was very helpful. He went through the whole process and within one week of signing the contract, had arranged multiple viewings, got multiple offers and advised me regarding the best offers to consider. I sold the house in one week and completed on the sale last week.<br>Not to forget Marie who progressed the sale efficiently and chased up any delays. Overall greatly recommended.
