Very happy with their service. Daniel in their lettings team provided top-notch personalised service in marketing my property, arranging painting, repairs, checks, and cleaning, and finding suitable tenants. He was very responsive and kept me updated at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other landlords.

Balgores Allannah at the Chelmsford estate agents is the most incredible and most pro active agent l have dealt with, and l sell property for a living, she is excellent and goes over and beyond for both seller and buyers. She worked with my tenant to fit the viewings and was on hand 24/7 even on Sunday. Even after all her hard work l made mistake not checking my redemption penalty and she was happy to pause the sale, even after the professional photos were taken. I would not use anyone else she’s the best.

Balgores were the last agents that we meet, however they stood out as a professional and active team, the property was sold quickly at a good price and the process went very smoothly with regular updates and chase ups by the team.

I can’t tell you how grateful I am to Daniel Connellan. I was scared at first with the whole mortgage situation. Didn’t know where to start. I was let down by a previous mortage advisor. I cannot thank Balgores enough for finding a buyer for my home so quickly. I had found my dream home in Dorset when I wasn’t even looking properly, my house was not even on the market at this time. I got in touch with Balgores as I had only heard good reviews about them. I was under a deadline from the sellers of the property, they accepted my offer and were happy to stop viewings for 4 weeks so I was under lots of pressure to get mine on the market and sold within this period. In came Allannah full of positivity and very professional. Within days we had many viewings booked and I left it up to her to show the property for me and what a great job she did. The house was sold within 2 weeks for the asking price. Completion of the sale went through very smoothly within 10 weeks which really impressed me. A great job by the whole Balgores team and also the solicitors they recommended to me were equally as competent.

I used Balgores Chelmsford to sell 6 homes in 2022 and will continue to do so. Allannah oversaw the sale of each property, she is experienced, well presented but most importantly very good at selling homes, achieving asking price or above on all properties. Once buyers were found the sales process was pursued diligently by Marie, another real asset to this firm. I can’t recommend Allannah, Marie or Balgores enough.

We cannot recommend Balgores enough. They are very professional and Alannah was so helpful from the initial enquiry to the completion of the sale. She has been available throughout to answer any queries and to put our minds at rest. One of the things we liked about Alannah was that she was honest from the outset and priced the property at a reasonable level to gain a sale as soon as possible. Balgores managed all the viewings with prospective buyers and handled this with a high degree of professionalism. Other agents will promise you the world and a higher price for your property but within weeks they will be reducing the price and backtracking to a lower sale price to gain a sale. Do not hesitate to use Balgores as they are a very professional company and will do anything to make your sale as smooth as it possibly can be. The other good thing about Balgores is that Marie progresses the sale and liaised with the other solicitors involved to make sure that the sale progressed and that any problems were ironed out at a very early stage. Well done Balgores, you have a fantastic team of people and would not hesitate to use the company again.
