We had our property up with another agency for a number of months without much success. We moved to Allannah at Bangor’s and within 3 weeks it was sold. Allannah worked tirelessly to ensure that we sold quickly, she screened all potential clients so there was no time wasters, the photographs and marketing materials were excellent. Allannah kept us informed on the progress of the sale and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend her as an estate agent.

This is my 2nd time renting but my first time with Balgores. I must say the whole process compared to my previous tenancy has been overall a dream. The letting agent, Ben, was very accommodating, helpful and clear about processes. Assisted my roommate and I through all the steps. I found the whole process really streamline on Balgores end, throughout, for all these reason. Very happy with the service thus far. Thank you!

The best customer service because of Jody Manno Balgores letting tick all the boxes for an excellent service. looking for a flat to rent and dealing with other letting agents that never called back or email back was frustrating.Then I found a flat and it was listed by Balgores letting and I spoke with Jody Manno and from there she handled everything booked the viewing and emailed everything to get us the flat. Jody took my stress away. I highly recommend Jody Manno if you want a agent that will not ignore you.

There are so many scammers and charlatans in the rental game these days. So when a company comes along that is professional, courteous, and trustworthy, it's like a breath of fresh air.
Balgores seem to have got it right!
They obviously understand the customer - service dynamic and have addressed this by attending to their recruitment policy.
They seem to only employ exemplary people such as Jody Manno, who has been excellent throughout the rental process for us.
It is, therefore, based on her professionalism that I happily rate Balgores 5*

Balgores have been managing a flat for me for a number of years now, and I have had no complaints at all. Thankfully I haven’t needed their assistance very often, but it is during tough times that a property manager really shows their value.
Recently we had a plumbing issue and Daniel at Balgores really stepped up to the plate. Great communication. Really proactive and prompt arranging of repairs. He was almost a step of ahead of me through the whole process, giving me confidence that everything was under control.

Additional shout out to Sarah who works in their progressing department who is brilliant, shows empathy with clients and understands the challenges faced when a family moves.
Throughout my dealings I was kept informed and treated with a personal touch. Should I ever decide to move on again, I will be giving them a call.
