If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Sam and Allannah from Chelmsford Balgores were AMAZING from our very first viewing to completion. Made what should of been a very stressful process, simple and enjoyable. We will 100% be using them again and I strongly recommend any first time buyers like us to use Sam or Allannah.<br><br>Thank you both!!!!

I had a very nice experience with them. They have been polite, they gave me detailed updates, left me messages whenever it was needed. All went fine, I found my new rental property through them - hopefully our nice connection stays like this. Ben, in the Chelmsford branch seems very nice and helpful.

I was helped by Ben to get a property to rent, he was very attentive and kept me in the loop with all updates on the status of my application, the previous agents I had before, I dealt with another company called abbotts for my previous property, they were no where near as helpful as what Ben has been.

Awesome Experience!!<br><br>I was relocating to Chelmsford from Leicester, but finding a space was difficult in chelmsford as i could not go there personally and talk to any agencies. But Balgores made that process so easy. They mananged the whole process for me from finding a tenant to getting them moved in and signing legals to managing the deposit and financials. The process to find a suitable tenant was extremely quick and beyond my expectations! Would not hesitate to recommend Balgores or Ben!
