We had previously sold our property with another agent but our buyer pulled out close to exchange. We then instructed Balgores Chelmsford, Allanah and the team quickly arranged viewings and was able to secure a new buyer who could proceed quickly. We exchanged 3 weeks later!
Balgores Sales Progressor (we had Sarah Oakley) was very responsive and kept on top of the proceedings.

After we accepted, our property was handed over to Sarah, who kept on top of the solicitors and mortgage brokers. Without Sarah, I have no doubt that our sale would of been delayed.

We just purchased a flat through Balgores, we dealt with Allanah and Sarah both very helpful and on the ball, Sarah especially good at chasing Solicitors and keeping us updated, she was always happy to answer questions and quick to find out answers to any queries we had, subsequently the whole thing took approx 10 weeks from offer to Completion. Probably as stress free as you can get purchasing property!

Very professional and helpful Michael Charles helped me to find my new home in the area and sort out all the necessary paperwork. It was challenging times post corona lockdown and I really wanted to relocate from London. Demand was high, my availability for viewings limited and we therefore had to act fast once we found what I was looking for and cant imagine doing it without Michael.
