The best customer service because of Jody Manno Balgores letting tick all the boxes for an excellent service. looking for a flat to rent and dealing with other letting agents that never called back or email back was frustrating.Then I found a flat and it was listed by Balgores letting and I spoke with Jody Manno and from there she handled everything booked the viewing and emailed everything to get us the flat. Jody took my stress away. I highly recommend Jody Manno if you want a agent that will not ignore you.

There are so many scammers and charlatans in the rental game these days. So when a company comes along that is professional, courteous, and trustworthy, it's like a breath of fresh air.<br>Balgores seem to have got it right!<br>They obviously understand the customer - service dynamic and have addressed this by attending to their recruitment policy.<br>They seem to only employ exemplary people such as Jody Manno, who has been excellent throughout the rental process for us.<br>It is, therefore, based on her professionalism that I happily rate Balgores 5*<br>Keep it up!

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Balgores to let one of my properties. As always Daniel at Balgores Chelmsford was fantastic, very professional, polite, always returned my calls. Most importantly in the last 3 years that property has never been empty. Literally one tenant out and the next straight in. Balgores have been managing a flat for me for a number of years now, and I have had no complaints at all. Thankfully I haven’t needed their assistance very often, but it is during tough times that a property manager really shows their value.<br>Recently we had a plumbing issue and Daniel at Balgores really stepped up to the plate. Great communication. Really proactive and prompt arranging of repairs. I recently sold our home with Balgores and would thoroughly recommend them.<br>Allannah and Richard worked tirelessly to market and sell the Property in a sensible, strategic way which achieved the result we needed. They also managed a particularly challenging buyer.<br>Additional shout out to Sarah who works in their progressing department who is brilliant, shows empathy with clients and understands the challenges faced when a family moves.<br>Throughout my dealings I was kept informed and treated with a personal touch.
