I sold my house through Balgores Chelmsford and also purchased our new home through Balgores Chelmsford. We originally tried to sell my house through another estate agents, however the service was extremely poor, no support or communication, we were extremely upset with the service, so we changed to Balgores as I was contacted by Allannah as she was aware of the situation as we were buying through Balgores, she made our selling process hassle free. She/Balgores sold our house off market before it even hit right move. We are extremely pleased with the service we have received from start to finish. Can’t thank Allannah and her team enough. Also, a special mention to Marie who was supportive throughout our process. Highly recommended buying & selling through Balgores. Thank you!

Had to get in contact with the chelmsford office regards a query with my rental ,and have spoken to Luke a couple of times this week regarding the problem and i must say i dont write many reviews and when i do its normally of poor service etc, but i have to say it was a pleasant change to deal with someone who was very polite and helpful and helped me sort the query out ,so i just want to thank Luke for his help and continue the good work as it gets a 5 star from me.Thank You

We sold our house last year with balgores and can't fault their service. The viewings were organised and were arranged to minimise causing any inconvenience, they communicated well throughout the process, and were very helpful when dealing with other agents (who were very much less helpful). We dealt with a few people from the Chelmsford office, and all were brilliant.

As always a fantastic service from The Balgores Lettings Team. This is the 2nd time I have used them and both times they were very efficient, responsive to calls, polite and extremely easy process for signing contracts etc. Michael Charles was a breath of fresh air, I never had to chase and he always returned my calls straight away. The flat went onto Rightmove on Monday at 3.00pm and by 4.00pm on Tuesday he had found a tenant. I have another property to list soon and I will 100% be using them again. If your a landlord in the area Michael couldn't come more highly recommended. Thanks Michael, speak soon.

Had the pleasure of using Balgores services to help me sell my ground floor Maisonette in March of this year.
Allannah was very professional and especially positive as to how they would get my property sold and would always update me on how things were going in regards to Buyers and feedback.

Balgores have Managed my property in Chelmsford for over 10 years, Daniel Lawrence recently took over the management of my flat when the existing tenants moved out, within 1 day of my flat being advertised Dan had found me a new tenant and they moved in within 2 weeks. Dan offers A very professional and helpful service, he is also a nice chap to deal with.

I am very happy with the services provided by Balgores when I sold my house recently. I met with Ricky who was very helpful. He went through the whole process and within one week of signing the contract, had arranged multiple viewings, got multiple offers and advised me regarding the best offers to consider. I sold the house in one week and completed on the sale last week.

I thought i will leave a review for balgoes as they have helped me 2 times and have been outstanding. First time they helped me with buying my 1st house and find the one most suitable to me. Dan helped me with mortgage and he is outstanding. Ricky in sales side and his team is mind blowing. 2nd time selling my house. It was tough but with their support we dis well.
