My experience with Balgores is always such a pleasant one and I have to mention Jody in particular. She’s so friendly and always greets you with a warming smile, nothing is too much trouble. She’s quick to respond to my emails and messages and I know if I have any issues or concerns with my apartment she ensures to resolve things in a timely manner. I couldn’t ask for a better point of contact :)

Allannah Buckroyd introduced her self as I pulled onto my drive. I invited her in to do her intro of company and what really got me hooked was her professional, confident empathy to our situation. We had a previous bad experience to which she made notes on. Her team have been excellant with the process and intro of viewers and biyer. The timeings have been perfect. Their support was top notch which was a credit to Allannah management. Our process has been flawless, professional and dealt with empathy.

From the start of the process with the call handler triaging my call, through to the sale, it has been a delight to work with Allanah, Ellie & Sarah at Balgores in Chelmsford. Allanah was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, having done research and comparisons t9 show me beforehand.
We went through with the sale and all throughout the process, which is fraught with obstacles, the team were with us all the way. If I needed anything, they were there for me. As we approached the sale, Balgores were in touch with our buyers, our seller’s estate agents and solicitors and definitely helped smooth the path to the sale.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with the team and 8 cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Daniel Lawrence in my quest for a rental property. I’ve never, in what seems a long time of searching dealt with someone like Daniel. He always has his phone to hand, any questions I had were answered ASAP, any updates on my situation were relayed immediately.
He is super kind, approachable, knowledgable. He had extensive information on the local area and was able to point me in the direction of all things necessary to my day to day life. We also thoroughly inspected the home together to make sure everything is in order.
In conclusion i’d highly recommend Balgores, and Daniel himself to anybody looking for a new home wether that be buying, renting or selling. Extremely professional, extremely efficient.

Not an exaggeration to say Balgores were amazing in every aspect and every moment of our home selling/purchasing.
Having tried multiple estate agents we have the benefit of comparing with others and Balgores are a clear winner.
From the very start, they have provided us with professional and timely advice, have been honest and never created the impression that they would do anything detrimental for their customers be that us or our buying counterparty. They had different people to assist us in the various steps involved and all were more than great to work with. Georgie, Oscar, Richard and others were of great help.
The fees were clearly explained before signing a cooperation agreement and never changed.
Richard was amazing throughout the negotiation process and always strived to obtained a best deal for us which he achieved in an end on both our sale AND purchase.

communication with balgores was really clear from start to finish, and they were very quick in responding to all my enquiries throughout the sale. They also have a person that helps with liason between the sellers and buyers solicitors for a smoother process. They were not the cheapest estate agent but I feel it was worth paying that bit extra for the service i got.

Daniel has been handling my portfolio of properties for a number of years and his service is excellent. Quickly advises me of issues arising and actions the remedial work with the contractors very efficiently. On renewal of the tenancies he undertakes the research to obtain a fair market price and advises wisely on the tenants.

We've been renting through Balgores for 2 years now and currently Ben Viola is our property manager. Of all the people we've dealt with at Balgores, he is the most responsive. He usually responds to emails within minutes. He has always been friendly, helpful and professional, and a pleasure to deal with! Balgores as a whole scores 4 stars. Ben scores 5 stars!
