There is nothing that can inspire you or your children’s imagination more than the sight of the Olympic torch and the knowledge of all that it embodies.
There are less than 70 days to go before the world’s greatest sporting extravaganza - The London 2012 Olympics

And this time we have an opportunity to be part of it!

The Olympics is steeped in history and tradition and celebrates people from all walks of life.  The athletes’ dedication is inspirational to us all, whether we are beginning a new fitness plan or re-dedicating ourselves to a non fitness commitment or plan.  This is a great time to inspire children to do the same.

The Olympic torch is taken to all parts of the country as various people are chosen to carry it and

it is coming to us on Sunday 27th May

The torch is being carried from Swansea to Aberystwyth via Carmarthen, Haverfordwest, Fishguard and Newport before arriving in Cardigan en- route to its overnight destination in Aberystwyth.

The torch will be followed by a convoy and is expected to arrive from Swansea  into Llanelli for the Torch bearers run at 9.07 am from there they should arrive to start the run in
